What Hey-Help does

Hey-Help (heyhelp.com / hey-help.com) is a U.S. two-sided marketplace for everyday errands. Customers ("Helpees") post a task with the price they're willing to pay; vetted local "Helpers" accept it, complete it in person, and upload photo proof. Payment is held in escrow and released to the Helper when the job is confirmed. We sell the service of matching and safely completing local errands — we do not sell physical goods, and no regulated products are traded on the platform.

How it works

2 · MatchAn approved Helper accepts your price or sends an offer; accept to match instantly.

3 · EscrowYour payment is held safely (processed by Stripe) while the errand is done.

4 · Proof & releaseThe Helper uploads photo proof; you confirm and the payment is released.
